You will collaborate with physicians, patients, and families to ensure safe, high-quality care and accurate documentation in the medical record.

The role emphasizes ongoing assessments, care planning, discharge planning, and patient education, with mandatory CPR and ACLS certifications, and additional credentials encouraged

Qualifications

• RN license in Washington state is required.
• ACLS certification within 6 months of hire.
• CPR certification within 90 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Performs patient care using the nursing process: assessment, planning, intervention, implementation, evaluation.
• Collaborates with physicians, patients, families, and the health care team.
• Maintains current knowledge of workflows and evidence-based procedures.
• Delivers safe, high-quality nursing care and documents in the medical record.
• Ensures discharge planning and patient education are provided.
