Northshore Home Health Care in Commerce City, CO is seeking a Registered Nurse for the Acute Care Transition Specialties Unit to provide comprehensive, patient-centered care to adults with complex needs.

You will perform assessments, manage IVs and medications, monitor changes, coordinate safe discharges, educate families, and collaborate with physicians, therapists and case managers to ensure smooth care transitions and ongoing learning in a fast-paced academic environment.

Formación

• Current RN licensure.
