Responsibilities

Provides direct patient care, supervises staff, manages staffing and supplies, and ensures compliance with policies and regulations. Facilitates performance appraisals, addresses performance issues, mentors staff, and promotes evidence-based practices. Acts as a resource for unit issues, collaborates with management, and addresses patient and family concerns. Ensures effective documentation, resource utilization, and safety protocols are maintained.
