The Valley Health System is seeking a registered nurse to provide safe, competent nursing care in a busy hospital setting. You will offer professional leadership and support to the healthcare team, guided by patient-centered care principles. This role requires oversight of staff under supervision and a commitment to Service Excellence.

Candidates should have an accredited nursing education, Nevada RN license, and current BLS; ACLS/PALS/NRP as required by the department. BSN preferred.

Formación

• Graduate of an accredited school of Nursing and completion of a Specialty course within 6 months of hire.
• BSN degree preferred.
• Current Nevada RN license.
• Current BLS certification.
• Current ACLS/PALS/NRP as required by department.

Responsabilidades

• Provide safe, competent nursing care for patients in accordance with facility policies, standards, and philosophy.
• Provide professional leadership and support to the healthcare team.
• Oversees and guides employees that are under supervision.
• Demonstrates Service Excellence standards at all times.
