ORLANDO HEALTH – HEALTH CENTRAL HOSPITAL in Ocoee, Florida, is seeking a Registered Nurse to administer bedside patient care in an acute care setting. The role requires assessing patient needs and coordinating plans of care with physicians and the care team.

Responsibilities include documenting care, maintaining patient safety, and participating in nursing education and performance improvement activities. A Florida RN license and BLS are required; ACLS may be required for certain units.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an approved school of nursing.
• Strong clinical assessment and patient care planning.
• Excellent communication and collaboration with the care team.

Responsabilités

• Administers bedside patient care under supervision of a preceptor/charge nurse.
• Assesses patients’ needs and develops plans of care.
• Documents patient care and ensures regulatory standards are met.
• Communicates and collaborates with medical staff and interdisciplinary team.
• Serves as a role model for staff and participates in nursing education and improvement initiatives.
• Maintains patient safety and uses unit equipment competently.
