UMass Memorial Health’s Registered Nurse in the Acute Care Float Pool is based at Worcester, MA. This full-time, 36-hour weekly night-shift position uses the nursing process to deliver direct patient care across units from admission to discharge.

The ideal candidate holds Massachusetts RN licensure, BLS, and preferably a BSN; strong assessment, coordination, and collaboration with care teams are essential. This role supports a patient-centered, respectful care environment.

Qualifications
