Job summary

ScionHealth is seeking a Registered Nurse at Kindred Hospital New Jersey – Morris County to provide direct and indirect patient care using the nursing process. You will develop individualized care plans with patient and family involvement and communicate changes in clinical condition to the care team.

The role requires NJ RN licensure or eligibility, fluent English, and ability to work in a fast-paced, acute care setting.

Qualifications

• RN licensure in NJ or eligible to practice in NJ.
• Bachelor of Science in Nursing or equivalent.
• Able to read, write, and speak fluent English; strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Plan and deliver direct and indirect patient care using the nursing process.
• Develop and update nursing care plans with patient and family input.
• Document care plans, assessments, and interventions accurately in the medical record.
• Administer medications using the five rights to minimize errors.
• Collaborate with physicians, supervisors, and interdisciplinary team for discharge planning.
