Job summary

MEP Health is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) for Acute Care Renal Medicine to provide complex nursing care for patients with acute and chronic kidney conditions, including pre- and post-dialysis management.

You will collaborate with nephrologists and interdisciplinary teams to achieve patient-centered outcomes, perform assessments, monitor labs, educate patients and families, and support safe transitions of care across settings.

Qualifications

• Current RN licensure with ability to deliver complex medical care.
