Health Here is seeking a Dialysis Registered Nurse (RN) to provide patient-centered care for individuals with kidney disease, delivering dialysis treatments and supporting therapy outcomes.

The RN will assess and monitor patients before, during, and after treatments, administer medications per orders, educate patients and families on treatment plans and self-management, and collaborate with nephrology and care teams to optimize results.

Provide patient-centered nursing care for individuals with chronic and acute kidney disease, including delivering dialysis treatments and supporting safe, effective therapy outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform dialysis treatments and ensure patient safety throughout the process
• Assess, monitor, and document patient condition before, during, and after treatments
• Administer medications and coordinate care based on provider orders and clinical changes
• Educate patients and families on treatment plans, home care, and self-management
• Collaborate with nephrologists, technicians, and the interdisciplinary care team to optimize clinical results
