Responsible for planning, organizing, and directing patient care in accordance with established standards and skill competency.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Must possess a current license or a temporary practice permit to practice professional nursing in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania.
  • Appropriate clinical experience with a thorough knowledge of the scientific principles of nursing and professional nursing standards, developed skill in delivering nursing care, and the ability to adapt to individual needs.
  • A fundamental understanding of personal computers and familiarity with the Windows operating system.
  • The ability to successfully complete a competency-based orientation and annual competency testing of skills and knowledge necessary to provide care to specific patient populations.
