Job summary

Hartford HealthCare is seeking a registered nurse for Manchester Memorial Hospital in Connecticut. The role delivers direct and indirect patient-centered care, coordinating with an interdisciplinary team, and responding quickly to changes in patient conditions.

Qualified candidates must graduate from an accredited nursing program, hold CT licensure, and maintain BLS/ACLS. EPIC experience is preferred. The shift is 7:00 AM to 7:30 PM, every other weekend and every other holiday.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program with CT licensure.
• BLS and ACLS certification either on hire or within orientation.
• Strong verbal and written communication in English.
• Basic computer skills; EPIC experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Utilize the nursing process to provide high-quality direct and indirect patient-centered care.
• Coordinate patient care with an interdisciplinary team and communicate changes promptly.
• Apply knowledge of development across the lifespan to deliver age-appropriate care.
• Support professional practice and maintain clinical competency during employment.
