Job summary

Qualifications

Graduate of an accredited school of Nursing with current CT licensure.
Certification in Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) required by hire or within orientation period.
English communication skills demonstrated verbally and in writing; basic computer literacy and EPIC experience preferred.

Responsibilities

Utilize the nursing process to provide direct and indirect patient-centered care.
Coordinate patient care with interdisciplinary team and communicate changes promptly.
Ensure age-appropriate care across the life span in alignment with hospital standards.
Report to the Clinical Nurse Manager and participate in care planning and quality initiatives.
