Job description

The 7^thfloor is a 23-bed surgical unit. The patient population consists of post-operative surgeries that do not require telemetry. Typical surgeries that we take include hip/knee replacements, spine and other orthopedic surgeries, bariatrics, hysterectomies, and general surgeries. Trauma patients come to our unit as well. We are a service center for excellence for both orthopedics and bariatrics. We have an excellent rapid recovery program for joint replacement patients, and most go home the day after surgery. Surgical experience is preferred but new graduates are welcome as well.Our staff love the ability to have a flexible schedule and be able to self-schedule their preferred days to work. We have great teamwork on our unit and look forward to you joining our team.

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:

• Graduation from an accredited school of nursing
