• Manages meds with providers; administers/documents treatments; screens/monitors side effects (AIMS, nursing assessments).
• Builds rapport; engages in health promotion/prevention/education; develops med adherence strategies.
• Coordinates with providers; educates team on symptoms/side effects.
• Directs/supervises LPNs; supports triage/medical screenings (vitals, emergencies).
• Documents billable encounters in EMR within 24 hours.

Minimum salary- $36/hour

The Registered Nurse (RN) – Behavioral Health Urgent Care (BHUC) Integrated manages medications, screens medical issues, and promotes health in a Tier IV BHUC, engaging beneficiaries in whole-person care for mental health and substance abuse crises.

details: 7pm-7am; 3-4 twelve hour shifts each week (36-48 hours each week)

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Manages meds with providers; administers/documents treatments; screens/monitors side effects (AIMS, nursing assessments).
• Builds rapport; engages in health promotion/prevention/education; develops med adherence strategies.
• Coordinates with providers; educates team on symptoms/side effects.
• Directs/supervises LPNs; supports triage/medical screenings (vitals, emergencies).
• Documents billable encounters in EMR within 24 hours.

Supervisory Responsibilities:

This position may oversee LPN staff.
