Signet Health is seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) for full-time night shifts in Danville, Arkansas. A $5,000 sign-on bonus is available for qualified candidates, with hourly pay of $30–$40.

You will educate patients and families on health maintenance and treatment plans while providing high-quality nursing care. The role requires strong clinical skills, independence, and teamwork within a multidisciplinary setting.

Qualifications

• Valid RN license
• Graduate of an accredited nursing program (BSN or ADN)
• Proven clinical nursing experience
• Current BLS certification
• ACLS, PALS, TNCC certifications within one year of employment
• Excellent understanding of medical protocols and emergency care procedures
• Knowledge of sanitation, decontamination, and infection control practices
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills; team-oriented
• Highly organized with multitasking and problem-solving abilities
• Patient, compassionate and committed to professional growth

Responsibilities

• Assess and monitor patients’ conditions to deliver personalized and effective care
• Observe and interpret symptoms, reporting changes to the medical team promptly
• Collaborate with physicians and fellow nurses to create and implement care plans
• Perform routine nursing tasks (e.g., blood pressure checks, injections, chart documentation)
• Administer prescribed medications and treatments per physician orders
• Maintain a clean, safe, hygienic care environment
• Respond swiftly and effectively to medical emergencies
• Supervise and mentor LPNs and nursing assistants as needed
• Provide emotional support and education to patients and families
• Stay current on best practices by attending workshops and continuing education
