Life Care Centers of America is seeking a qualified Registered Nurse to join our team in Tennessee. The RN delivers quality care, assesses patient needs, updates care plans, and provides supervision to CNAs and LPNs within an interdisciplinary team to promote the highest practicable well-being.

A Nursing diploma and active RN license are required; CPR certification is preferred or obtained on orientation. One year of skilled nursing experience is preferred.

Qualificações

• Nursing diploma (associate’s or bachelor’s degree in nursing).
• Current RN license in good standing in the applicable state.
• CPR certification required or obtained during orientation.
• One year of skilled nursing experience preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Deliver quality nursing care to patients and promote wellbeing.
• Assess patients and revise care plans as conditions change.
• Provide clinical supervision to CNAs and LPNs.
• Follow department programs, goals, and procedures; communicate in an interdisciplinary team.
