• Schedule: 7:00pm - 7:30am, 36 hours/week, Night Shift, every third holiday and weekend.
• Location: 6 West Med Surg, Worcester, MA.
• Union: MNA - Massachusetts Nurses Association.

Responsibilities include:

• Utilizing the nursing process for patient care from admission to discharge, including assessments, care planning, and discharge planning.
• Supervising and coordinating nursing care, delegating appropriately, and documenting care according to standards.
• Administering medications, assisting with treatments, and supporting physicians during procedures.
• Participating in quality improvement and professional development activities.

Qualifications:

• Current Massachusetts Nursing license and BLS certification (ACLS preferred).
• Thorough knowledge of nursing discipline.
• Preferred: Bachelor of Science in Nursing.
