Bethel Pointe Health and Rehabilitation Center in Anderson, Indiana, seeks a dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) for full-time employment with a $5,000 sign-on bonus and competitive pay. You will provide resident-centered care, document health status, and support the nursing team on daily objectives.

The RN will participate in care planning, monitor residents for medication responses, and ensure high-quality care. Shift incentives, health benefits, and professional growth opportunities are included.

Formación

• Graduation from an accredited school of nursing with RN license.
• Ability to document patient health status accurately and timely.
• Understanding of safe nursing practices and HIPAA compliance.
• Strong communication with residents, families, and team members.
• Proven ability to train and orient nursing staff.

Responsabilidades

• Provide daily care, health needs, safety, and comfort of residents.
• Document health assessments and formulate/update care plans.
• Make daily visits to monitor symptoms and responses to treatment.
• Record vital signs, intake/output, weights, and relevant measurements.
• Assist with orientation and ongoing training of staff.
