New Jersey Infusion PA in Freehold, NJ seeks a Registered Nurse for an infusion-focused role with a $5,000 sign-on bonus. The RN will provide clinical infusion services, maintain high standards of care, and may supervise staff as needed.

Requirements include a current NJ nursing license, 5 years of nursing experience (2+ in infusion preferred), and a Bachelor’s degree in Nursing preferred. Bilingual (Spanish) is a plus. This is a full-time, in-person position with competitive benefits.

Qualifications

Infusion Nurse

Infusion Registered Nurse Position Responsibilities Summary:

The Infusion Nurse reports to the Nursing Manager and is responsible for providing clinical services. The infusion nurse is responsible for the quality; adequacy of services provided and may, when required, supervise staff. Administers clinical care, prepares progress notes and summaries of care. Keeps the Nursing Manager, physician, and other personnel informed of changes in the client’s condition.

Requirements:

Infusion nurse with current unencumbered licensure to practice professional nursing in the state of hire New Jersey.

Preferred: Bachelor’s degree in Nursing. Must have graduated from an accredited Nursing program.

Minimum of five (5) years of documented experience required. Three (3) to five (5) years of clinical experience with two (2) years experience in infusion care, preferred.

• Possess exceptional nursing assessment skills.

• Excellent IV skills/ Ability to start IV lines on difficult patients.
• Pediatric experience a plus.
• Port access experience.

• Understands regulatory compliance, federal regulations including but not limited to OSHA, HIPAA.
• Position includes tasks that have the potential for exposure to blood and other potentially infectious material (OPIM) such as body fluids/tissues.
• Infusion Registered Nurse Physical Requirements:

The Infusion Nurse must be able to stand walk, squat, bend, kneel, reach, twist, push and pull. Varied assistance is required depending on the ability of the client. Must be able to lift up to 30 pounds.
