Some details about this position:

• No Dialysis experience required.
• Training may occur in a facility or training clinic other than your assigned home clinic.
• Float to various clinics during and after training.
• A flexible schedule is necessary, including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.

• Build meaningful, long-term relationships with patients and their families in an outpatient setting.
• Be part of a supportive team in a positive environment.
• Deliver care to patients with multiple co-morbidities, requiring tailored treatment plans and broad nursing skills.
• Oversee a group of patients with support from PCTs, conducting observations, measuring stats, and setting up machines.
• Work with your head, heart, and hands daily in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements:

• Associates Degree in Nursing (A.D.N) from an accredited nursing school; B.S.N or a three-year diploma from an accredited program may substitute.
• Experience in ICU, CCU, ER, or Med Surg is helpful but not required.
• Certified Nephrology Nurse (CNN) or Certified Dialysis Nurse (CDN) preferred.
