River's Bend Health Services in Wisconsin is hiring a Registered Nurse (RN) with new increased wages. Earn $47.50–$50.00 per hour. Full-time, part-time, and PRN/casual options across all shifts are available, with hands-on training provided.

Under the supervision of the Unit Manager, the RN assesses, implements, and evaluates the plan of care for residents. Active RN license and CPR certification are required; strong communication and computer skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Active RN license and CPR certification are required.
• Compassion for older adults and a team-first, accountable approach.
• Ability to calculate medication dosages and use standard nursing equipment.
• Strong communication skills, basic computer proficiency, and ability to meet health requirements.
• Skilled nursing experience preferred; new graduates welcome with training and support.

Responsibilities

• Under supervision of the Unit Manager/ADON/DON, the RN assumes responsibility for a group of residents during a shift and provides nursing care.
• Nursing care is provided through assessment, implementation, and evaluation of the plan of care.
