Qualifications:

1. NJ State Professional Registered Nurse License is required.
2. BSN in progress and/or willing to acquire within three (3) years of hire.
3. Must have six (6) or more months of relevant nursing experience OR be an active participant in Hackensack Meridian Health's Nurse Residency Program.
4. Minimum of 1 year experience in an ICU setting is strongly preferred.
5. The ability to learn quickly and adapt to changing patient needs, a strong sense of accountability for improving patient and caregiver lives, excellent teamwork skills, dedication to ongoing education, and a passion for delivering high-quality care focused on patients are essential.
6. BLS/CPR certification by the American Heart Association is required within 60 days of hire.
