IU Health is seeking a Clinical Nurse to provide and coordinate evidence-based care across the patient care continuum. The RN will collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to achieve optimal patient outcomes and maintain adherence to nursing standards.
Applicants must have an ASN with BSN preferred, an active Indiana RN license or NLC, graduation from a nationally accredited program, and basic life support certification; advanced life support may be required per unit.

The registered professional clinical nurse (RN) is accountable and responsible for the provision and coordination of competent, evidence-based care along the care continuum, which includes assessment, diagnosis, outcome identification, planning, implementation, and evaluation. The clinical nurse participates in decision-making, teaching, mentoring, and collaboration with the multidisciplinary team to advance the patient plan of care, achieve outcomes and enhance operational efficiency. The nurse adheres to the ANA Scope and Standards of Professional Nursing and the Code of Ethics for Nurses with Interpretive Statements.
