Registered Nurse Openings - Full & Part-Time!

Responsibilities/ Job Duties:

Primary Care:The Nurse will be supporting the providers that are seeing patients with vaccines, injections, wound care. They will be following up with patients accordingly and completing specialty requests. Each nurse is assigned to a team with providers and MAs, taking critical support calls (phone triage), checking lab reports. They will also be helping in the nurse clinic with true nurse clinics for some case management and diabetes education. Daily duties will depend on the providers panel for the day and type of patients they will be seeing.

Acute Care:The Acute Care Nurse will be doing a lot of patient assessment and triage, doing injections (intramuscular and subcutaneous) and oral medications to patients. Medications will include pain management, cardiac, etc. Nurses will be managing the critical line where the nurse will be doing phone tirage to determine the urgency of their need. They will be doing POC testing (flu, covid, strep), they will also be doing nebulizers, oxygen tanks, responding to codes and documenting afterwards. They will do some vaccine administration and seeing a higher volume of patients of 20+ per day.

Minimum Education and Experience Requirements:

1+ years of RN/LPN experience
Massachusetts RN or LPN License
Current CPR/BLS Certification

Schedule/ Shift: Varies based on opening. Typically M-F Day Shift
