Qualifications

• ACLS within 30 days of employment start date
• BCLS within 30 days of employment start date
• Nonviolent Crisis Intervention within 30 days of employment start date
• PALS Pediatric Life Support within 30 days of employment start date
• RN licensure as registered nurse
• Associate Degree or Bachelor's Degree in nursing

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and deliver high quality, patient-centered care in the ER.
• Collaborate with medical providers and care team to ensure comprehensive care.
• Assess patient needs, manage care plans, and document in medical records.
• Educate patients and families about conditions, treatment plans, and follow-up.
• Advise on self-management and preventive health as appropriate.
