Nye County School District is seeking a Registered Nurse Floater to plan, coordinate, implement, and evaluate the health services program across Pahrump area schools. You will consult with the District School Nurse and Director of Special Education, and help maintain a health-focused educational atmosphere to support student learning and district goals.
The role covers nursing services, health education, environmental health and safety, and collaboration with families and staff to address
Registered Nurse Floater in Pahrump Area Schools; To plan, coordinate, implement, and evaluate the health services program of assigned schools including the areas of nursing services, health and nursing education and environmental health and safety; consult with the District School Nurse and Director of Special Education for direction and supervision involving school or nursing policy; create and maintain an educational atmosphere that encourages effective student learning and support school and district programs and goals.

7 Hours per day, 5 Days per Week, 190 Days per Year
R.N $44,018- $51,052

Education, Training, and Experience:
Associate’s degree, Bachelor’s degree or Master’s degree from an accredited college or university in Nursing
Suitable workspace to carry out functions of position description.
