Baptist Health, the region’s largest not-for-profit healthcare system, invites an experienced Direct Patient Care RN to join our Miami-area team. You will provide patient-family centered care across acute settings, applying evidence-based standards of quality, safety and service.

Required Florida RN license, 7 months in stepdown/IMCU/Progressive Care, BLS and ACLS; BSN preferred. We offer a competitive pay package and a generous sign-on bonus up to $25,000.

Qualifikationen

• Active Florida RN license required.
• Seven months of RN experience in stepdown, IMCU, or Progressive Care.
• BLS and ACLS required.
• Certification in area of practice preferred.
• RNs hired with an Associate degree will have 3 years from their date of hire to complete the BSN degree.

The Direct Patient Care Registered Nurse- DPC RN is a licensed professional able to demonstrate the following proficiency and mastery of the core competencies: assessment, technical skills, communication, critical thinking, interpersonal skills, planning, intervention, evaluation, flexibility, organizational skills, professional accountability, leadership and service who delivers patient-family centered care in a culturally competent manner utilizing and promoting evidence based practice standards of quality, safety and service.
