Job summary

Cooper River Post Acute is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to join our Mount Pleasant, SC facility. The role focuses on supervising day-to-day nursing activities, assessing residents, and delivering high-quality care on 12-hour shifts.

Qualifications

• Current South Carolina RN license in good standing.
• Nursing degree from an accredited program.
• CPR certification.
• 2 years or more experience preferably in a long-term care facility.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily nursing activities per DON/ADON guidance.
• Monitor and document resident conditions.
• Administer medications and treatments.
• Lead nursing staff and participate in care planning.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
