Job summary

Largo Nursing & Rehab is hiring Registered Nurses (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurses (LPN) for immediate start in Maryland. Positions available are full-time and part-time with a $10,000 sign-on bonus. Responsibilities include administering meds, patient care, and assisting physicians with procedures.

Qualifications

• 1 year RN/LPN experience preferred.
• RN/LPN license required.

Responsibilities

• Provides nursing care to assigned patients.
• Administers and records medications and treatments as assigned.
• Prepares for and assists physicians with diagnostic procedures and treatments.
• Reinforces health instructions to patients and families.
• Participates with the team in planning and evaluating nursing care.
• Assists with admission, transfer, and discharge of patients.
• Observes and reports patients' vital signs and general condition.
• Records patient responses to care in charts.
• Maintains safe and comfortable environmental conditions.
• May assume charge of the unit as assigned.
