Position

Registered Nurse role at Encompass Health.

Base Pay Range

$34.00/hr - $46.00/hr

Shift and Scheduling

• Full‑time and part‑time days: 7 a.m.–7:30 p.m. or 3 a.m.–3:30 p.m.
• Part‑time 3 a.m.–3:30 p.m. and per‑nurse (PRN) shifts.
• Shortest contract shift: 3 a.m.–3:30 p.m. at $50 per hour.
• Flexible 8‑ or 12‑hour shifts; weekends required; choose every other or every third weekend.
• Shift differentials: $4.00 for weekday nights (2:30 p.m.–7 a.m.), $6.00 for weekends.

Compensation Details

• New‑grad starts at $34.50/hr; increases with experience and certifications.
• PRN starts at $46/hr, may increase based on 4‑week cycle hours.
• Short‑term contracts: 12‑week full‑time at $50/hr.
