Job summary

Xenia Health and Rehab is seeking a Registered Nurse to join our caring team in Xenia. You will provide direct patient care, administer medications, monitor vital signs, and develop individualized care plans to support residents’ independence and quality of life.

You will collaborate with an interdisciplinary team, educate residents and families, and maintain detailed nursing records to ensure high-quality care across all shifts.
