As a Registered Nurse, you will provide high-quality nursing care while helping to ensure the health, safety, and well-being of the residents we serve.
Assess residents and develop individualized nursing care plans.
Administer medications, treatments, and other physician-ordered interventions.
Monitor residents' conditions and respond promptly to changes in health status.
Supervise and support Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) and Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs).
Coordinate care with physicians, therapists, and the interdisciplinary healthcare team.
Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation.
Educate residents and family members regarding care plans and health conditions.
Ensure compliance with all applicable federal, state, and facility regulations.
Respond effectively to emergencies and provide clinical leadership as needed.
Foster a safe, compassionate, and respectful environment for residents and staff.
Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of employment.
Graduate of an accredited nursing program.
Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills.
Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
Ability to work independently while collaborating with an interdisciplinary team.
Long-term care, rehabilitation, or skilled nursing experience is preferred but not required.
