Job description

Role: Registered Nurse in the Cardiac Telemetry department, providing specialized care for patients with cardiac conditions such as chest pain, pacemakers, heart failure, and post-cardiac catheterization.

Responsibilities: Establish personalized patient relationships, collaborate with healthcare team members to assess and develop individualized care plans, and utilize evidence-based practices to promote health or support peaceful death. Responsible for managing and delivering care in accordance with policies and procedures, ensuring a high-quality patient experience.

Qualifications: Graduate of an accredited nursing program with current RN licensure, at least one year of relevant experience preferred. A Bachelor’s degree is preferred; a refresher course may be required for inactive or lapsed licenses.
