Job summary

Health Here in Windsor, NC is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) to provide quality nursing care in a supportive environment. You will follow physician orders, adhere to facility policies, and help ensure patient safety and high care standards.

Responsibilities include administering medications via oral, SQ, IM, or IV routes; leading and supervising nursing staff; assisting physicians during rounds and treatments; performing and documenting procedures; maintaining infection control;

Qualifications

• Graduation from an accredited School of Nursing with an active, valid license from the licensing board.
• Current CPR certification and commitment to ongoing training and staff meetings.
• Strong supervision skills, dependability, flexibility, and excellent communication abilities.
• Ability to make solid nursing decisions, demonstrating patience and tact with patients, families, and staff.
