Job summary

Nuclear Care Partners is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) to deliver skilled, one-on-one in-home nursing care to individuals in the Payette/Weiser area. You will work with a mission-driven, nurse-led team focused on patient dignity and outcomes, providing personalized care directly in patients' homes.

The role requires an active Idaho RN license, CPR certification, a valid driver's license, and the ability to meet pre-employment screenings.

Qualifications

• Active Idaho RN license required.
• Current CPR certification required.
• Valid driver's license and insured vehicle.
• Home health experience preferred but not required.
• Must pass pre-employment screenings.

Responsibilities

• Provide skilled, in-home nursing care to assigned patients.
• Develop and follow individualized care plans.
• Accurately document patient care, observations, and updates.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams.
