Alpha Home Health and Hospice seeks a Registered Nurse to support K-12 students in partner schools. You will provide direct nursing care, assess and treat health needs, and monitor student health plans in collaboration with school staff.

Ideal candidates have RN licensure, strong clinical judgment, medication management skills, and a patient-centered approach to care while maintaining professional communication with families and educators to promote wellbeing and learning.

• Current RN licensure.

Registered Nurse (School-Based K-12 Support)

Provide direct nursing care to K-12 students in partner schools, delivering safe and effective assessment, treatment, and monitoring. Manage medication administration and therapeutic treatments in accordance with established protocols. Develop, implement, and monitor student health care plans, ensuring needs are documented and communicated appropriately.

Respond promptly to health emergencies and coordinate with staff and families to address immediate and ongoing health concerns. Collaborate with educators, therapists, and families to identify barriers to learning and support student health and wellbeing within a school setting.
