At Easterseals PORT Health (ESPH), we seek a compassionate and motivated part‑time Registered Nurse to join our Virginia REACH team in supporting adults with I/DD and mental health needs at our Adult Crisis Therapeutic Home in Woodbridge, VA.

Position Details

• Work: Every or Every Other Weekend, Sat & Sun 11am‑11pm
• Location: Woodbridge, VA
• Compensation: $40.00 per hour; $5,000 sign‑on & retention bonus for part‑time, new hire nurses

Your Role in Our Mission

• Provide compassionate nursing care to adults with intellectual/developmental disabilities and behavioral health needs
• Administer medications, perform nursing assessments, and ensure each individual receives the highest standard of care
• Educate and empower individuals regarding their physical and mental health
• Collaborate with a dedicated interdisciplinary team to create personalized care and treatment plans
• Ensure safety and compliance by maintaining accurate documentation and following all clinical standards
• Promote stability, recovery, and hope for those we serve
• Provide guidance to Behavior Techs and LPNs as needed

What We’re Looking For

• Licensure: Current valid, unrestricted licensed as a Registered Nurse in the state of Virginia

• Experience: Crisis prevention and intervention services preferred
• Transportation: A valid driver’s license and car insurance for occasional transportation to appointments
