At Easterseals PORT Health (ESPH), our mission is rooted in empowering individuals and strengthening communities. We are seeking compassionate and motivated full-time Licensed Practical Nurses to join our Virginia REACH team in supporting individuals with I/DD and mental health needs at our warm, home-like Crisis Therapeutic Home (CTH) in Staunton, VA.

Monday – Friday, 3pm-11pm

Your Role in Our Mission

• Provide compassionate medical and nursing support to individuals with intellectual/developmental disabilities and co-occurring behavioral health needs
• Administer medications safely and accurately in accordance with clinical protocols
• Conduct nursing assessments
• Educate and empower individuals regarding their mental and physical health
• Collaborate closely with interdisciplinary team members to ensure coordinated, person-centered care
• Maintain thorough and timely documentation of all nursing services and observations
• Uphold compliance with all regulatory and clinical care standards to ensure the highest quality of service
