Encompass Health Rehabilitation Hospital of Sarasota is actively seeking a Registered Nurse who is passionate about healing and patient-centered care. You will supervise care, assess progress, and tailor rehab plans to help patients regain independence using cutting-edge technology in a supportive team environment.

Qualifications

• A valid RN license is required to practice in the state.
• CPR certification is required; ACLS certification preferred.
• CRRN certification preferred.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in a rehabilitation hospital setting preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise care and treatments, lead patient assessments, tailor care plans, and address patient concerns.
• Build meaningful relationships with patients and families to support recovery.
• Collaborate with multiple departments to ensure coordinated care and provide direct patient care when needed.
• Serve as a resource for staff, assisting with complex patient needs and inquiries.
• Celebrate patient victories and milestones.
