Job summary

Encompass Health Rehabilitation Hospital of Sarasota is seeking a Registered Nurse to supervise care, assess patients, and tailor treatment plans while delivering compassionate, individualized support for recovery.

You will collaborate with multiple departments and families to ensure coordinated, high-quality post-acute care, celebrating patient milestones along the way.

Qualifications

• Valid RN licensure as required by state regulations.
• CPR certification; ACLS preferred.
• CRRN certification preferred.
• One year of rehabilitation hospital experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise care and treatments, lead patient assessments, tailor care plans, and address patient concerns to provide exceptional care.
• Build meaningful relationships with patients and their families to support recovery.
• Collaborate with various departments to ensure coordinated care and provide direct patient care when needed.
• Serve as a resource for fellow staff, assisting with complex patient needs and inquiries.
• Celebrate victories and milestones achieved by patients.
