Passion Care seeks a compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) to perform periodic home visits, conducting wellness checks and monitoring chronic conditions for home care clients. The RN will ensure accurate documentation, monitor vital signs, and update care plans as needed, while maintaining compliance with healthcare regulations and safety standards.

Qualifications

• Must hold a current and valid RN license in NJ.
