Health Advocates Network is currently seeking a Registered Nurse to work at a facility in Clayton, NM. These are registry positions with our company. Pay rate is $51 per hour.

RN shifts include a NOC shift 6p-6:30a (Thu, Fri, Sat) from 11/16/2025 through 02/28/2026 and full-time dayshift 6a-6:30p with varying days. Minimum qualifications: valid US RN license, CPR card (American Heart Association), and proficiency in English.

Responsibilities

• Provides general nursing care to patients.
• Administers prescribed medications and treatments.
• Prepares equipment and assists during examinations.
• Observes patient conditions and reports changes to supervisor.
• Takes vital signs and monitors patient status.

Shift Details:

• RN - one for NOC shift, 6p-630 am Thursday, Friday ,Saturday from 11/16/2025- 02/28/2026
• RN - fulltime dayshift 6a-1830 varying days

Minimum Qualifications:

• A valid and current RN license issued within the US
• A valid and current CPR card (American Heart Association)
• Proficiency in the English language is necessary for communication with other staff and patients. RN must be able to communicate effectively in oral and written English

Job Responsibilities:

• Provides general nursing care to patients.
• Administers prescribed medications and treatments in accordance with approved nursing techniques.
• Prepares equipment and aids physician during treatments and examinations of patients.
• Observes patient, records significant conditions and reactions, and notifies supervisor or physician of patient's condition and reaction to drugs, treatments, and significant incidents.
• Takes temperature, pulse, blood pressure, and other vital signs to detect deviations from normal and assess condition of patient.
• May make beds, bathe, and feed patients.
• May serve as leader for group of personnel rendering nursing care to number of patients.
• Additional RN duties given by Supervisor.
