Arcadia Care is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to deliver high-quality care in a collaborative, team-based setting in Illinois. The role pays $40-$45 per hour with a $12,500 sign-on bonus and opportunities for growth.

Essential duties include resident assessments, care plan development with healthcare professionals, coordination with the IDT to optimize outcomes, and supervision of CNAs, while adhering to IDPH/CMS standards.

Competenze

• Active Illinois Registered Nurse license.
• Long Term Care experience preferred.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
