Arcadia LTC is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to provide high-quality care in a collaborative, team-based setting. The role offers a $12,500 sign-on bonus and a pay rate of $40-$45 per hour. Salary information reflects hourly compensation and a supportive leadership culture.

Responsibilities include resident assessments, care plan development with the healthcare team, and coordination with the IDT to optimize outcomes. Licensure and LTC experience are preferred.
