Job summary

Premier Ambulance is expanding its Critical Care Transport program in Southern California. We seek experienced CCT RNs to provide Basic and Advanced Life Support during high-acuity ambulance transports, working with EMTs to ensure patient safety and continuity of care.

Must have 2+ years in a critical care setting and CA RN licensure, with strong team collaboration and adaptability to fast-paced transport environments.

Qualifications

• Minimum of two years of nursing experience in a critical care area relevant to SCT transports.
• Must possess California State Registered Nurse (unrestricted licensure).
• Experience with pediatric or adult SCT transports preferred.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-risk transport environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide Basic and Advanced Life Support during ambulance transport.
• Monitor cardiac and respiratory status, IV medications, and ventilators.
• Collaborate with EMTs and CCT Manager; ensure continuity of services.
• Adhere to laws, policies, and protocols for the CCT program.
