CONSUMER DIRECTED SERVICES INC. is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to provide personalized patient care across diverse settings.

You will use the nursing process to assess, diagnose, plan, implement, and evaluate care, while collaborating with physicians and a broad care team to optimize outcomes. The role requires an active RN license in the practicing state or multistate licensure in NLC states, plus a minimum of one year of nursing experience (including at least six months in travel nursing).

Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited nursing program.
• Active RN license in the practicing state or multistate licensure in NLC states.
• Minimum of one year of nursing experience, including at least six months in travel nursing.
• Ability to obtain and maintain relevant certifications and competencies.

Responsibilities

• Deliver individualized patient care using the nursing process (assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, evaluation).
• Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary colleagues to plan, implement, and evaluate patient care.
• Perform patient assessments, education, triage, and nursing interventions across all care phases.
• Adhere to nursing standards and licensure guidelines within the practice area.
• Coordinate care and engage in health maintenance, diagnosis, and follow-up activities.
