Rock House is seeking a Registered Nurse in Stephenville, TX for daytime, non-demanding work with opportunities to build lasting relationships with residents. Requires Texas RN license and preferred IDD nursing experience.

Position offers full-time or part-time hours in a supportive residential setting with emphasis on care planning and patient well-being. Responsibilities include monitoring residents' medical needs, performing assessments, developing and updating care plans, and medication

Competenze

• RN licensed in Texas.
• IDD nursing experience preferred.
• Basic word processing, spreadsheet and computer skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities include monitoring on-going medical needs of residents in group home settings. Performs nursing assessments, develops and implements nursing care plans and other clinical documentation. Delegation of medication and training regarding medication needs.
