Job summary

Live Well Homecare is seeking a registered nurse to provide compassionate dialysis care in an outpatient setting. You will administer dialysis treatments, monitor patient health, and educate patients.

Work within a multidisciplinary care team, focusing on strong patient relationships, safety, and high-quality care. A valid RN license and CPR are required; CNN is a plus.

Qualifications

• Current RN license in the practice state.
• CPR certification and basic EKG interpretation skills.
• At least 2 years of experience with acutely ill patients (ICU, ER, Med/Surg preferred).
• Strong assessment, communication, and time management skills.
• CNN certification is a plus.
