Job summary

Cranial Technologies in Silver Spring, MD seeks a full-time Clinician to join our pediatric outpatient team, treating infants with plagiocephaly using the DOC Band® and correcting ear shapes with EarWell®. The role focuses on family-centered care in a non-night, minimal-weekend schedule.

Candidates include licensed RNs with pediatric experience or therapists with orthotic fitting background. The company supports training, mentoring, and travel as part of a nationwide network.

Qualifications

• Licensed RN with pediatric experience.
• Minimum of 500 hours of basic orthotic fitting experience with off-the-shelf devices.
• Preferred: PTs or OTs with knowledge of symmetry, cervical anatomy, torticollis, and infant development.
• Registered Nurses with hands-on patient care experience welcome.
• Orthotist or Prosthetist–Orthotist background highly regarded.

Cranial Technologies is dedicated to researching and treating plagiocephaly and ear shape corrections. With over 500,000 babies successfully treated, we are the leading experts in pediatric cranial shaping orthoses.

We are seeking a full‑time Clinician to join our team in Silver Spring, MD. The role is based in a pediatric outpatient setting, working exclusively with infants to reshape head shapes with the DOC Band® and correct ear shapes with EarWell®.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and treat infants with plagiocephaly and related conditions.
• Develop treatment plans using orthotic devices.
• Build strong relationships with families throughout the treatment process.
• Participate in training, mentoring, and continuing education to maintain expertise.

Preferred Backgrounds

• Licensed PTs or OTs with knowledge of symmetry, cervical anatomy, torticollis, and infant development.
• Registered Nurses experienced in hands‑on patient care and family compassion.
• Certified Prosthetist‑Orthotists or Orthotists with orthotic fitting experience.
