Cranial Technologies in Silver Spring, MD is seeking a full-time Clinician to treat infants with the DOC Band and EarWell, working with families in a pediatric outpatient setting.
Candidates will have backgrounds in PT/OT, nursing, or orthotics, with a formal training program provided. This role offers full-time hours and competitive compensation, plus benefits and growth opportunities.

We are currently seeking a full‑time Clinician to join our team in Silver Spring. This is an exciting opportunity to work outside of traditional orthotics in a niche, pediatric clinical outpatient setting exclusively with infants and their families.
Role Overview
You will treat infants to reshape head shapes with the DOC Band® and correct ear shapes with EarWell®. Pediatricians and parents look to our Clinicians as experts in evaluation and treatment of plagiocephaly and related ear conditions. Clinicians develop strong relationships with families throughout the treatment process.
Candidate Backgrounds
While a background in pediatrics is preferred, we provide a formal training program with mentoring for all qualified candidates.
Schedule
The schedule is Monday and Tuesday 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM; Wednesday and Thursday 7:30 AM – 4:30 PM; Friday 7:30 AM – 3:30 PM, with occasional Saturday hours.
