Cranial Technologies – Clinician Position (Silver Spring, MD)

Cranial Technologies is the only company in the world completely dedicated to researching and treating plagiocephaly, with over 500,000 babies successfully treated. We also provide treatment with EarWell® to correct infant ear shapes without surgery, achieving more than 600,000 successful outcomes.

We are currently seeking a full‑time Clinician to join our team in Silver Spring. This is an exciting opportunity to work outside of traditional orthotics in a niche, pediatric clinical outpatient setting exclusively with infants and their families.

Role Overview

You will treat infants to reshape head shapes with the DOC Band® and correct ear shapes with EarWell®. Pediatricians and parents look to our Clinicians as experts in evaluation and treatment of plagiocephaly and related ear conditions. Clinicians develop strong relationships with families throughout the treatment process.

Candidate Backgrounds

• Physical Therapists (PTs) or Occupational Therapists (OTs) – strong background in symmetry, asymmetry, cervical anatomy, torticollis, and infant development.
• Registered Nurses – hands‑on patient care experience and compassion for families.
• Certified Prosthetist‑Orthotists or Certified Orthotists – direct orthotic experience and patient care.

While a background in pediatrics is preferred, we provide a formal training program with mentoring for all qualified candidates.

Schedule

The schedule is Monday and Tuesday 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM; Wednesday and Thursday 7:30 AM – 4:30 PM; Friday 7:30 AM – 3:30 PM, with occasional Saturday hours.
